Transacto Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides the following software and fintech products and services:
- Fintech Portal: White-label fintech platform for businesses
- BBPS Bill Payment Software: RBI/NPCI-compliant bill payment platform
- Recharges & Utility Platform: Mobile, DTH, broadband, and utility recharge solutions
- Flight Booking Software: GDS-integrated flight booking platform for travel businesses
- School Management ERP: Cloud-based school management system for educational institutions
- Employee Royalty Programme: Digital employee loyalty and rewards management platform
The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
4User Eligibility
To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You must not be barred from receiving services under applicable laws of India or your jurisdiction.
- If registering as a business entity, you must be a legally registered entity under the laws of India.
Users who do not meet the above eligibility requirements are strictly prohibited from using our services. The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation.
5Account Registration & Security
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.

- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Not share your account credentials with any third party.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or the platform's integrity.
6Payments & Billing
All fees, charges, and payment terms applicable to our services shall be communicated to you prior to onboarding and shall be detailed in the respective service agreement or purchase order.
- All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
- Payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways.
- Service fees are due as per the billing cycle agreed upon in your service contract.
- Late payment may result in service suspension, and the Company reserves the right to charge applicable late payment fees.
- All applicable taxes, including GST, shall be borne by the client as per the prevailing tax laws.
Important: Transaction fees applicable to BBPS, recharges, flight bookings, and other fintech services are subject to the respective service's commercial terms and may vary by operator or biller.
7Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the following conditions:
- Software Licensing Fees: Annual or monthly licensing fees are non-refundable once the platform has been deployed and access has been granted.
- Recharge & Bill Payments: In the event of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited but the recharge/bill payment was not successful, the amount will be reversed to the source account or wallet within 5–7 business days.
- Flight Bookings: Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective airline's terms. The Company's service fee component is non-refundable.
- Setup & Implementation Fees: One-time setup, customisation, or implementation fees are non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us at info@transactopaymentsolutions.com with your transaction details and a brief description of the issue. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days.
8Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Transacto platform, software, content, branding, trademarks, logos, and documentation are the exclusive property of Transacto Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services solely for your internal business purposes as per the service agreement.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our software or platform without prior written consent.
- White-label products delivered to clients include a licence to use the product under the client's brand, but the underlying technology and code remain the property of Transacto.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our services may be used by us without any obligation or compensation to you.
9Prohibited Activities
Users of our platform and services are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, servers, or databases.
- Using our services to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or disruptive content.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Conducting money laundering, financial fraud, or any transactions prohibited under PMLA or FEMA regulations.
- Scraping, data-mining, or extracting data from the platform without express written permission.
- Sublicensing, reselling, or transferring your account or service access to any third party without prior written approval from Transacto.
- Using the BBPS or recharge platform to process fictitious, fraudulent, or test transactions in a live environment.
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, reporting to appropriate authorities, and legal action as permitted under the laws of India.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Transacto Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions or errors.
- Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers, including payment gateways, GDS providers, telecom operators, or BBPS billers.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or cyberattacks beyond our reasonable control.
- Any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or any unauthorised access to your account.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
11Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, business, or technical information shared in the course of the service engagement ("Confidential Information").
- Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the disclosing party.
- Each party shall take reasonable steps to protect the other's Confidential Information, no less protective than it uses for its own confidential information.
- This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of the service agreement for a period of three (3) years.
- Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law or court order.
12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation within 30 days of written notice.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The place of arbitration shall be Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and the language shall be English.
- Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Jurisdiction: All legal proceedings in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
13Modifications to Terms
Transacto Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.
- We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.
- Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any updates.
The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page as the "Last Updated" date.
